Personal data
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. This data (name, email, phone, stay details) is used to manage your booking and stay, and is only shared with the service providers required to deliver it (booking engine, payment, guest app).
Retention: 3 years after last contact for prospects; 5 years after the end of the business relationship for customers, then archived for 5 years.
